Paramotor Tour Across Bulgaria
A fully supported adventure with equipment transport option
10-17th October 2020
Amazing PPG Conditions in October
Join us on our fully supported trip across beautiful Bulgaria. From the Rose Valley to the Black Sea, we will cover 275km in one week. The pace will be gentle, we'll divert from the route to see some sights. There will be vehicle support and the hotel each night is included in the price (B&B basis). When we arrive at the coast, we'll treat ourselves to a night in a luxury Spa resort, you get your own room, no sharing.
A guide will fly with you, the driver will follow in a van with spare fuel on board. The van will also carry our luggage, fresh clothes, spares etc.
Getting your motor to Bulgaria is easy, we have a transport company who will ship your gear for £1 per kg each way. This is a tracked service taking around 10 days. There are various drop-off points in England. We'll collect your equipment on your arrival here. You are also welcome to carry your own equipment on the commercial flight, or arrange transport independently.
After arrival in Sofia airport, we'll transfer you (red line on map) to the Rose Valley for your first night's accommodation here. We may have the opportunity for an evening flight from the airfield here.
In the morning we'll get ready to start the flying expedition (blue line on map).
We use Telegram for live tracking (smartphone required) so the driver and guides will know where you are. We'll set a destination for each flight. We plan on visiting a few sites on the way, Shipka Memorial, Buzludja, Thracian tombs, Koprinka Reservoir etc. Bulgaria really is a beautiful country, we look forward to showing it to you. We'll follow the Stara Planina (Old Mountain) range from the Rose Valley to the coast.
The destination landing field is right beside the beach. We will stay the night in a luxury Spa resort with all the facilities to rest our bones and recuperate after the adventure. Time depending, we may have a day to explore/fly the coastline, perhaps the resort of Sunny Beach or the UNESCO heritage fishing town of Nessebar.

Thank You Gav and Lucy!!!
I had a fantastic week's flying my paramotor across your beautiful country to the Black Sea. Everything worked out great, due to you being so well organised, relaxed and fun.
Excellent guidance started in the UK with the courier to use for my paramotor.
Once in Bulgaria, the professional airport pickup of me and huge wing luggage gave me the 'all is sorted' feeling, that continued all week.
The flying was epic :-) No, it was way better than that!!!
It started with Gav helping me paraglide for the first time in 35 years. Then we paramotored every day across stunning valley and mountain scenery, old military airfield and the beautiful Black Sea beaches.
Being followed by large transport van meant almost immediate pickup, with no need to dismantle the paramotors. Plus quicker to beers to celebrate :-)
My last flight - my best ever - was from, then around and around this sci-fi looking abandoned Soviet monument. Then 40 miles along mountains and the Rose Valley to their home airstrip. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buzludzha
Overall I very highly recommend Fly4Seasons and their flying sites in Bulgaria.
I think I had the best possible week. I felt safe flying, even when it stretched me. I was always in good experienced hands, plus knew there was backup if needed.
P.S. the unexpected bonus was the local beer was very cheap, and the local wine was VERY good
